100% Recyclable High Performance Fabric

  1. 100% Solution-Dyed Polyester – The pigment and UV stabilizers are added while the fiber is in viscous form as a liquid polymer solution.  This helps to lock the color in the fibers to avoid fading. 
  2. Ring Spun Yarns and Staple (Spun) Cut Fiber – O’bravia continues to produce fabrics using a premier method of ring spinning. Fabric made from ring spun yarns are softer, bulkier, and have a more natural look and feel.  This process allows a better abrasion resistance.
  3. Stain & Mildew Resistant – Solution-Dyed Polyester naturally resists stains. As a further enhancement, we’ve added stain release finishes to make it even more resistant to staining.  Polyester is a fiber that doesn’t support the growth of mildew. 
  4. UPF (UV Protection Factor Rating) – 50+
  5. Finishing – More than just a coating, our finish is bonded with the fibers, providing long lasting protection and allows for easy cleaning.
  6. Quality – A barrage of test are conducted to make sure the fabrics achieve certified results. We also undergo external auditing in accordance with ISO standards every year. These audits verify and guarantee the continuous implementation and further development of our quality management system leading to the increase of the customers’ satisfaction.
  7. Eco-Friendly – We are committed to offer an environmentally friendly fabric. O’bravia requires substantially less energy and only a small amount of water during its manufacturing process and produces no harmful industrial waste. The water used during the fiber manufacturing process is purified and reused.
  8. 100% Recyclable – O’bravia can be recycled and converted into inert black plastic resin pellets that can be used to produce a variety of different products such as:
